At 4find.in, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and authentic environment for meaningful connections. These guidelines outline what is allowed and what is prohibited on our platform. Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
1. Child Safety (CSAE) - Zero Tolerance
Critical Policy: We have a Zero Tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Protecting minors is our top priority. 4find.in strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.
- No Minors: You must be 18 years of age or older to use 4find.in. We utilize age verification measures where applicable.
- Prohibited Content: It is strictly forbidden to upload, share, or solicit images or content depicting child sexual abuse, nudity involving minors, or any material that sexualizes children.
- Reporting to Authorities: If we detect or are alerted to any CSAE content, we will strictly enforce the following:
- The content will be removed immediately.
- The user account will be permanently banned.
- We will report the incident and user details to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. Harassment & Abuse
We want everyone to feel safe expressing themselves. We do not tolerate:
- Bullying or Harassment: Sending threatening messages, stalking, or encouraging self-harm.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
- Sexual Harassment: Sending unsolicited explicit images or messages without consent.
3. Authenticity & Impersonation
Be yourself. 4find.in is for real people.
- No Catfishing: Do not create fake profiles or impersonate public figures, brands, or other individuals.
- Photo Verification: We reserve the right to ask for photo verification to prove you are the person in your profile pictures.
- Scams & Spam: Do not use the platform to sell goods, solicit money, or distribute spam links.
4. Illegal Activities
Using 4find.in for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Solicitation of prostitution or human trafficking.
- Sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism.
5. How to Report Violations
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:
- In-App: Use the "Report" button on any user profile or chat.
- Email: Contact our safety team directly at contact@4find.in.
We review all reports within 24 hours regarding user safety.
