Your safety is our priority. Please read carefully.
Connecting with new people is exciting, but we want you to stay safe while doing it. Follow these guidelines.
1. Protect Your Finances
Never send money to anyone you meet online. Scammers often create fake emergencies (medical bills, tickets) to ask for funds. If someone asks for money, report them immediately.
2. Protect Your Personal Information
Don't share your home address, work address, or daily routine too early. Use our in-app chat to get to know the person before sharing your personal phone number.
3. Meeting in Person
- Meet in Public: Always choose a busy, public place like a café or mall.
- Tell a Friend: Let someone know where you are going and share your live location.
- Own Transport: Don't rely on your date to pick you up or drop you off on the first date.
4. Consent is Key
All sexual activity must be consensual. You have the right to say no at any time, for any reason. Respect your partner's boundaries, and ensure they respect yours.
5. Managing Media Access ("Ask Media")
Our app prevents unsolicited photos/videos by default. You will only receive media if both you and your match agree to unlock it.
- You are in Control: You can revoke media access at any time by clicking the Lock Media button in the chat header. This immediately stops the other person from sending new files.
- No Pressure: Never feel pressured to unlock media. If someone insists or makes you uncomfortable, block them.
- Report Abuse: If a user unlocks media solely to send obscene, violent, or offensive content without your consent, please Report them immediately. We have zero tolerance for this behavior.
6. Report Bad Behavior
If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, harasses you, or violates our rules, please use the Report button located in their profile card. This helps us keep the community safe.
You can also Block any user to stop them from contacting you immediately.
