Welcome to 4find.in. By accessing or using our web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on 4find.in. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract with us and satisfy all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Account & Google Services

Our Service uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By using 4find.in, you acknowledge and agree to:

Provide accurate information via your Google Account.
Maintain the security of your Google credentials.
Accept that we rely on Google's infrastructure for identity verification.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to connect with other users. You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
Upload content involving minors or illegal pornography.

4. Termination & Blocking

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Specific Consequence: If you are found to be under 18 or engaging in illegal activities, your account will be permanently deleted, and your email address/Google ID will be permanently blocked from accessing the Service.

5. Free Service

4find.in is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, but you will always be notified before any charge is applied.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
